Next Walk and Talk Thurs July 7th

I will not be able to make it to walk for the next couple weeks due to some conflicts with work, so the next Thursday that I will be walking will be Thursday July 7th. In the meantime, if you are interested in walking, please feel free to email me at outandaboutinjax@gmail.com, or post to the / Argyle Health & Wellness Facebook Page . If you email me I will put it out to the group so others can join! :)

Lets Walk!

We will be starting the walking group again this summer! We will be walking most Thursdays at 6:30 at the Oakleaf Athletic center 370 Oakleaf Village Parkway.  The walking path is a half mile loop so all fitness levels are welcome. Feel free to bring a friend and/or your kids. There is a playground and bathrooms there as well. We will meet in front of the field house/ bathrooms / playground. Next walk is Thursday June 9th at 6:30pm. See you there!
