Fall is here, cooler weather: time to start getting back on track with our fitness/wellness goals!

We will be starting the walking group back up! For now, walking will be Thursdays at 6:30pm at the Oakleaf soccer fields (370 Oakleaf Village Parkway). We will meet in front of the field house (shown in the picture). First walk is tonight! We walk for about 30 minutes around a 1/2 mile loop. Since it is one big circle, all paces and fitness levels are welcome! There is plenty of parking and restrooms. We will open with a prayer, followed by walking and fellowship for 30 minutes.
